- Muhammad Matloob Inkalabi is a senior vice president of PPP AJK,he was a member of the legislative assembly of Azad Jammu and Kashmir from 2011-2016 and served as a Minister of Higher Education. He is known as Inkalabi and belongs to Gujjar cast of Kotli AJK.
