Brian Thomas Manning (13 October 1932 – 3 November 2013) was an Australian trade unionist and political activist.
He was active in supporting the Gurindji Strike at Wave Hill, a pivotal event in the early Australian Aboriginal land-rights movement.
He was also heavily involved in the campaign for an independent East Timor as well as the anti-racism movement and a number of other causes.
He was a dedicated trade unionist, a Secretary of the Northern Territory branch of the Waterside Workers' Federation of Australia and a co-founder of the Northern Territory Trades and Labor Council.
