- Power was born in Middle Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada and is a graduate of Sheridan College's Musical Theatre program and of Second City's conservatory and is a member of Soulpepper Theatre Academy.Power has appeared in Canadian stage productions of West Side Story, Bonnie and Clyde, Legally Blonde, La Cage Aux Folles, Dog Sees God, Evangeline, and The Charlottetown Festival's production of Anne of Green Gables: The Musical.Power plays Shannon Ross on the television sitcom Kim's Convenience.
