Lehlogonolo Ronald Mataboge (born March 27, 1997) known professionally as A-Reece, is a South African rapper, songwriter and record producer, born and raised in Pretoria, Gauteng.
A-Reece signed with Ambitiouz Entertainment in 2015.
After disputes with management, he left to become a fully independent artist .
He rose to fame when he released his hit single, Couldn't (2015) featuring Emtee.A-Reece released his debut studio album, Paradise (2016) which respectively produced the successful singles, Couldn't and Mgani.
In 2017, A-Reece then released his second album From Me to You & Only You.
As for 2019, he dropped a Soundtrack Reece Effect of which all 11 songs on the album were charted on iTunes top 20 and earned him millions of streams with hit records such as Last Resort, We know better, Safe Haven, Masquerade Party and Honest.
He also released several EPs notably being Gwan Big Up Urself and And I'm Only 21. After controversy of financial disagreements with Ambitiouz Entertainment, A-Reece and other former Ambitiouz artists formed a crew The Wrecking Crew alongside members of B3nchmarQ, 1000 Degreez and Ex Global.
