Roger Watson (born 20 November 1955) is a British academic.
He is a professor of nursing at the University of Hull.
He is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Advanced Nursing and the editor of Nursing Open and is a member of the Editorial Board of the WikiJournal of Medicine.
Watson was the Founding Chair of the Lancet Commission on Nursing, and a founding member of the Global Advisory Group for the Future of Nursing.
