- Alexander Vasilyevich Prokopchuk (Russian: ????????? ?????????? ?????????; November 18, 1961) is a Russian employee of the internal affairs agencies, head of the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation from June 14, 2011, Vice-President of Interpol from November 10, 2016.Prokopchuk was born in the, Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR.
