- Yumiko Kobayashi (?? ???, Kobayashi Yumiko, born June 18, 1979) is a Japanese voice actress.
- She is a freelance voice actor, but until August 2007 was affiliated with Arts Vision. Kobayashi was born in Chiba Prefecture.
- She and fellow Excel Saga voice actress Mikako Takahashi are known as the duo "The Excel Girls".
- She is also part of the voice actress quartet "Prits" along with Natsuko Kuwatani, Nana Mizuki, and Hisayo Mochizuki; all four voiced characters in Sister Princess.
- Kobayashi is also the newly announced voice actress for an anime character, Shinnosuke Nohara from a famous childhood comedy anime, Crayon Shin-chan; after Akiko Yajima stepped down from her role as Shinnosuke's voice actress on June 29, 2018.
