About Vsevolod Chentsov
- Vsevolod Chentsov (Ukrainian: ???????? ??????????? ??????) (born in 1974) is Ukraine's embassador to the Netherlands from March 2017. Since 1996, he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
