Roel Santos Martinez (born May 22, 1987) is a Cuban professional baseball outfielder for the Olmecas de Tabasco of the Mexican League.
He played for the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball. In 2016, Santos played for the Québec Capitales of the Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball.
He played for the Cuban national baseball team in the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games, 2015 Pan American Games, 2017 World Baseball Classic, and 2019 Pan American Games.
