Kaliese Spencer Carter (born 6 May 1987) is a Jamaican track and field athlete who specialises in the 400 metres hurdles.
Spencer was the Commonwealth Games champion in 2014 and a double silver medallist at the 2014 IAAF World Indoor Championships.
She finished fourth at both the 2009 World Championships in Athletics and the 2011 World Championships in Athletics.
She was the 2006 World Junior champion.
