  • Claude Silve, nĂ©e Philomène de LĂ©vis-Mirepoix (11 August 1887 – 27 July 1978) was a French writer, recipient of the Prix Femina, a French literary prize, in 1935 for her novel BĂ©nĂ©diction. NĂ©e Philomène de LĂ©vis-Mirepoix was the sister of writer and historian Antoine de LĂ©vis-Mirepoix who later became Countess Jules de La Forest Divonne.
  • NĂ©e Philomène de LĂ©vis-Mirepoix is most commonly remembered by her pen name, Claude Silve. She received the Prix MaillĂ©-Latour-Landry of the AcadĂ©mie Française in 1912 for her first book La CitĂ© des lampes and the Prix Femina in 1935 for her novel BĂ©nĂ©diction.
