- Reynaldo Benito Antonio Bignone (21 January 1928 – 7 March 2018) was an Argentine general who served as 41st President of Argentina from 1 July 1982, to 10 December 1983.
- In 2010, he was sentenced to 25 years in prison for his role in the kidnapping, torture, and murder of persons suspected of opposing the government during the Dirty War.
