Adam Gregg (born April 26, 1983) is an American politician serving as the 47th and current Lieutenant Governor of Iowa since 2019.
He previously served as Acting Lieutenant Governor from 2017 to 2019.
A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as Public Defender of Iowa having been appointed on December 8, 2014 after losing the November 2014 race for Attorney General of Iowa to Democrat Tom Miller.
