- Stephen James Morgan (born 17 January 1981) is a British Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Portsmouth South since the 2017 general election.
- In July 2019 he joined the opposition frontbench as Shadow Minister for Local Government (Communities).
- He has been a Parliamentary Private Secretary (PPS) to the Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and served on the Public Accounts Committee (2017-2019).
- In the 2019 general election he more than trebled his majority being re-elected as MP.
- One of only three Labour MPs to increase their majority, his vote share went up 7.6%, the highest in the country.
