- Cobangbang (born Josh Edward Seguban Cobangbang on (1994-12-01)December 1, 1994) is a Filipino politician who is presently the youngest mayor elected in the history of Philippines at the age of 21 and 7 months of the Municipality of Cabugao, Province of Ilocos Sur.
- The previous youngest mayor title was held by Jono Jumamoy who was elected as mayor of Inabanga on 14 May 2007 at the age of 21 and 8 months.
