Jussi Kristian Halla-aho (born 27 April 1971) is a Finnish politician and a member of the Parliament of Finland (MP).
He is the leader of the Finns Party, part of the Identity and Democracy group in the European Parliament.Halla-aho was first elected to the Helsinki City Council in 2008 and to the Finnish parliament in 2011.
In 2014 he was elected to the European Parliament.
On 13 March 2017, Halla-aho announced that he would stand in the Finns Party leadership election.
On 10 June 2017, he was elected Leader of the Finns Party.
