- Eugenie Eboue-Tell (23 November 1891 in Cayenne, French Guiana – 20 November 1972 in Pontoise, France) was a politician from French Guiana who was elected to the French Senate in 1946 and reelected in 1948.
- She was the first black woman elected to the French National Assembly. She was the widow of Félix Éboué.
