About Nimali Liyanarachchi
- Nimali Waliwarsha Konda Liyanarachchi (born 19 September 1989) is a Sri Lankan 800 m runner.
- She has won gold medals at the 2016 Asian Games and 2017 Asian Championships, placing third in 2015 and fourth in 2013.
- Nimali holds the Sri Lankan national record in the 800 m event.
- At the 2017 Asian Championships she finished second, but the winning athlete was disqualified after Liyanarachchi argued that she had been unfairly jostled in the sprint for the line.
