Kyriakos Papadopoulos (Greek: ???????? ?apad?p?????; born 23 February 1992) a Greek footballer playing as a centre back for Hamburger SV and the Greece national team. Having made his first league appearances for Olympiacos at the age of 15, Papadopoulos moved to Germany in 2010 to join Schalke 04 and scored on his senior debut for Greece the following year, aged 19.
However, his career progress in the Bundesliga was hampered by a succession of injuries over several seasons.
