About Ion Eduard Fuhn
- Ion Eduard Fuhn (1916–1987) was a Romanian herpetologist, interested in ornithology until he came under the influence of Wolterstorff.
- Fuhn was director of herpetology and arachnology at the nation's Academy of Science from 1954 to 1976.
- Two species of skinks are named in his honour, and he was the author of other new taxonomic descriptions.
