Jean-François Jannekeyn (November 16, 1892 – November 17, 1971) was a World War I flying ace credited with five aerial victories as a bomber pilot, flying a Breguet 14.
As a professional officer, he remained in the french air force after WW1 and he also competed at the 1924 Summer Olympics as a fencer.During WW2, he had the rank of general and became air minister in Vichy France in the years 1942 and 1943.
