- Maya Widmaier-Picasso (Boulogne-Billancourt, France, 1935) is the daughter of Spanish painter Pablo Ruiz Picasso and Marie-Thérèse Walter.
- She has devoted part of her life to the study and preservation of the legacy of her father. Maya is notably represented in the series of Picasso paintings Maya à la poupée. She was married to Pierre Widmaier and has had three children: Olivier, Richard, and Diana.
- Diana Widmaier Picasso is an art historian specialized in the work of her grandfather Pablo Picasso. In 2017, Gagosian Gallery presented in Paris the exhibition Picasso and Maya: Father and Daughter, curated by Diana Widmaier Picasso.
- It was the first exhibition devoted to Picasso's portraits of his eldest daughter.
