- Mohd Nazri Abdullah (23 January 1954 – 3 February 2009) is a former football referee from Malaysia.
- He took control of several matches in 1996 AFC Asian Cup and 2000 AFC Asian Cup.
- He also took charge of 1996 AFC Asian Cup Final between United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
- He died 2008 in Canary Islands.
