- Moumin Bahdon Farah (24 October 1939 – 1 September 2009) was a Djiboutian politician and the President of the Social Democratic People's Party (PPSD).
- He was Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1978 to 1993 and Minister of Justice from 1993 to 1996.
- Concurrently, he was a member of the National Assembly of Djibouti.
