Ivor Seward Richard, Baron Richard, (30 May 1932 – 18 March 2018) was a Welsh Labour Party politician who served as a Member of Parliament from 1964 until 1974.
He was also a member of the Commission of the European Communities and latterly sat as a life peer in the House of Lords.
