- Nestor Pirotte (born January 5, 1933 in Sosoye, Namur - July 29, 2000), known as the "Crazy Killer" (French: Le tueur fou), was a Belgian serial killer, considered one of the worst Belgian criminals of the 20th century before Marc Dutroux.
