Maria Frances Lewis Miller (born 26 March 1964) is a British Conservative Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Basingstoke since 2005.
She was the Minister for Disabled People from 2010 to 2012, and from 2012 to 2014 a member of the Cabinet as Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport and Minister for Women and Equalities.
She felt obliged to resign from the Cabinet in April 2014 because she had over-claimed expenses.
Since June 2015 she has chaired the Women and Equalities Select Committee.
