Pierre-Vincent Valin (June 1, 1827 – October 2, 1897) was a businessman and political figure in Quebec, Canada.
He represented Montmorency in the House of Commons of Canada as a Conservative member from 1878 to 1887.
His name also appears as Pierre Valin.
He was born in Château-Richer, Lower Canada in 1827, the son of Toussaint Valin, and studied at Quebec.
He began working as a shipbuilder in a shipyard on the Saint-Charles River in 1846.
In 1853, he set up the shipbuilding company Pierre Valin et Compagnie with two partners; the partnership ended a year later but Valin continued to build ships.
