Rafael Quimpo Rosell IV (born November 10, 1982) is a Filipino actor and model.
Rosell is best known for playing Brandon Brazil on the ABS-CBN romance drama Midnight Phantom, Marco De Silva in Kristine, and as Mayor Edson Zaguirre in Dahil Sa Pag-ibig.
After several years as an actor of ABS-CBN, he left the network and signed a contract with GMA Network.
After seven years in GMA Network, he came back to ABS-CBN in 2019.
