- Lukasz Pawel Kruczek (born 1 November 1975) is a Polish former ski jumper.
- He represented Poland at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, and is a four-time gold medalist at Universiade.
- From 2008 till 2016 he has been the coach of the Polish national ski jumping team.
- Since 2016 he is the coach of the Italian national ski jumping team
