- Vasile Sebastian Dîncu (Romanian pronunciation: [va'sile 'd??ku]; born 25 November 1961 in Nasaud) is a Romanian politician who serves as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration in the cabinet of Prime Minister Dacian Ciolo?.
- Although the Ciolo? cabinet is non-partisan, he is a member of the Social Democratic Party and the Party of European Socialists.
- He was a Member of the European Parliament in 2007 with the accession of Romania to the European Union and a member of the Senate of Romania. In his party he has been associated with the so-called Cluj Group, who are in favour of reforms in the Social Democratic Party.
- The Cluj Group was strongly opposed to the efforts of the PSD leadership, aimed at impeaching the Romanian President.
