- Hubertus Petrus Maria "Ben" Knapen (born 6 January 1951) is a Dutch politician of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) party and historian.
- He has been a Member of the Senate since 9 June 2015.
- Starting from June 2019 he is the CDA parliamentary leader in the Senate.
