Yitzhak "Itzik" Ohanon (born February 15, 1980) is an Israeli retired basketball player.
Being 6'9" (2.06 m) tall, Ohanon had played the power forward and center positions. He's the eldest brother of Israeli basketball players Eliav Ohanon and Liel Ohanon (who is a woman basketballer). Nowadays he works as a senior administrator in an Israeli internet company.
