- Štefan Harabin (born 4 May 1957) is a Slovak judge and politician.
- He served as chief justice of the Supreme Court of Slovakia for two terms (1998–2003 and 2009–2014) and minister of justice from 2006 to 2009.
- In 2019 he ran unsuccessfully for President of Slovakia.
