- Mohamed Youcef Belaïli (Arabic: ???? ???? ???????; born 14 March 1992) is an Algerian professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Al-Ahli and the Algeria national team.
- In September 2015, it was announced that Belaïli was banned from sports for two years by the Confederation of African Football after testing positive for cocaine after a CAF Champions League match on 7 August 2015.
- However, in March 2016, FIFA confirmed they were giving an extended four-year ban to apply worldwide through 19 September 2019.
