Mohamed Youcef Belaïli (Arabic: ???? ???? ???????; born 14 March 1992) is an Algerian professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Al-Ahli and the Algeria national team.
In September 2015, it was announced that Belaïli was banned from sports for two years by the Confederation of African Football after testing positive for cocaine after a CAF Champions League match on 7 August 2015.
However, in March 2016, FIFA confirmed they were giving an extended four-year ban to apply worldwide through 19 September 2019.
