Kaspars Gorkšs (born 6 November 1981) is a retired Latvian professional footballer who played as a defender.
Gorkšs was also the captain of the Latvian national team.
In 2018 Gorkšs was elected president of Latvian Football Federation. Gorkšs firstly established himself in his native Latvia before moving to English football in 2006 with Blackpool.
He has twice won promotion to the Premier League, with Queens Park Rangers and Reading respectively.
