- Hasheem Thabeet (born Hashim Thabit Manka on 16 February 1987) is a Tanzanian professional basketball player for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA G League.
- He played college basketball for UConn before being drafted second overall in the 2009 NBA draft by the Memphis Grizzlies. Due to his lack of success, he is considered a draft bust because he was taken 2nd overall.
