- Andrea Finocchiaro Aprile (26 June 1878, Lercara Friddi - 14 January 1964) was an Italian politician.
- He was a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1913 to 1924, as a Liberal from 1913 to 1919 and as representing the Italian Social Democratic Party from 1919 to 1924.
- He represented the Movement for the Independence of Sicily in the Constituent Assembly of Italy from 1946 to 1948.
