Warner Lewis Underwood (August 7, 1808 – March 12, 1872) was an attorney, state legislator and U.S.
Representative from Kentucky.
Like his brother Joseph Rogers Underwood (who had represented the same Kentucky district a decade previously), he was a Unionist before the American Civil War, and during the war (in which his plantation was destroyed), he served as U.S.
Consul in Glasgow, Scotland.
