- Subhash Kumar Sojatia (born 30 March 1952) is an Indian politician and former Minister of Health, Industry, Commerce, Medical Education and Public Relations in the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
- He has also been Vice President of the Indian National Congress party's Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee. He has been a 5 time member of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from his constituency Garoth-Bhanpura. Sojatia has also authored a book, Malwa ki Sanskratik Virasat evam Paryatan which describes the rich culture and heritage of Malwa region in detail.
