- Fabio Gallia (born 20 August 1963) is an Italian banker.
- He is Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP).
- He was also held the post of Vice Chairman of Italian Strategic Fund from 10 September 2015 to March 2016, a fund that was managed by CDP.Previously Gallia was the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and Country Head for Italy of the BNP Paribas Group, as well as the only Italian member of the Executive Committee.
