- Frank Russell (born April 17, 1949) is a retired professional basketball shooting guard who played one season in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the Chicago Bulls during the 1971–72 season.
- He attended University of Detroit Mercy where he was drafted by the Bulls in the third round of the 1972 NBA Draft by the Bulls.
- His two brothers, Campy and Walker Russell also played in the NBA.
