- Maamar Mamouni (born 28 February 1976 in Tours, France) is an Algerian footballer.
- He previously played for Panserraikos.
- In 2004, he moved from Louviéroise to Gent.
- In 2006, he moved to Lierse for a free transfer.
- He was a member of the Algerian 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished second in their group in the first round of competition before being defeated by Morocco in the quarter-finals. Mamouni previously played for Le Havre AC and US Créteil-Lusitanos in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.
