- He has been an offensive coordinator for five different National Football League (NFL) teams, the Detroit Lions from 2004 to 2005, the St.
- Louis Rams from 2006 to 2007, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2008 to 2011, the Oakland Raiders from 2013 to 2014, and the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2015 to 2016.
