Taavi Rõivas (Estonian pronunciation: ['t???i 'r?i???s]; born 26 September 1979) is an Estonian politician, former leader of the Reform Party and former Prime Minister of Estonia.
Before his term as the Prime Minister, Rõivas was the Minister of Social Affairs from 2012 to 2014.
On 9 November 2016 his second cabinet lost a no confidence motion (63 votes to 28) after two parties (Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica and Social Democratic Party) in the ruling coalition sided with the opposition.
