About Ivano Dionigi
- Ivano Dionigi (born February 20, 1948 in Pesaro) is an Italian lecturer and rector.He is a Professor of Latin literature, he was Rector of the Alma Mater - University of Bologna from 2009 to 2015; he is a member of the Academy of Sciences of Bologna.
- On 10 November 2012 he was nominated by Benedict XVI as president of the newly formed Pontifical Academy for Latin.
