Jørgen Tengesdal (born 5 April 1979) is a Norwegian former footballer who later worked as coach. Tengesdal played for Viking most of his career, but also spent time at Tromsø, Skeid, Lyn and Randaberg.
He represented Norway at under-17 and under-21 level. Tengesdal was head coach of Randaberg after he retired, and later worked in Egersund's coaching staff.
