- Robert Curtis McElhinney (born May 23, 1983) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who is currently playing with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL).
- He has also played for several other NHL teams, most recently with the Carolina Hurricanes as well as the Toronto Maple Leafs, Columbus Blue Jackets, Ottawa Senators, Phoenix Coyotes, Anaheim Ducks, and Calgary Flames.
- McElhinney was a sixth-round selection of the Calgary Flames, 176th overall, at the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
