- Lorenzo Guerini (born 21 November 1966) is an Italian politician. He is a member of the Democratic Party, and he has been serving as Minister of Defence in the Conte II Cabinet since 5 September 2019.
- In March 2014, he was appointed by the Secretary of the Democratic Party, Matteo Renzi, Deputy Secretary along with Debora Serracchiani, a position that he held until May 2017.
