- Birei Kin (? ??, Kin Birei, Chinese: ???; Wade–Giles: Kim Bi-Ling; born 7 February 1934, in Taihoku Prefecture, Taiwan under Japanese rule) is a Taiwan-born Japanese critic and political activist.
- She is the president of the Shibanaga International School-JET Japanese Language School, and former Presidential Office Building National Policy Adviser.
- Her husband was Eimei Shu and has a daughter and son.
- Her eldest daughter is TBS Television business office manager Mana Shu. For many years Kin has been involved in the Taiwan independence movement.
